A lifelong connection to natural healing began early, growing up in a home where yoga, mindful living, and natural medicine were part of everyday life. This environment shaped a deep respect for the body’s ability to heal when given the right support.

I completed my Doctorate in Naturopathy and Yoga (BNYS) at SDM College in India, building a strong foundation in acupuncture, therapeutic nutrition, yoga, and lifestyle medicine.

Over the next decade, I co-founded and practiced at a naturopathy and yoga center in India, supporting people with chronic conditions through acupuncture and simple, sustainable lifestyle changes. That work reinforced a core truth: the human body is the world’s best healer when given balance and space.

Additional acupuncture training at Jingwell Academy in Bangalore, along with clinical experience aboard international cruise ships, expanded my skills and global perspective. I later completed the Doctor of Acupuncture (DAc) and Master of Acupuncture (MSAc) at PIHMA in Phoenix, strengthening an integrative, patient-centered approach.

Today, I offer mobile acupuncture across Phoenix and Scottsdale and also practice at Healing Edge AZ in Goodyear—always with the same intention: to help people reconnect with their body’s natural healing capacity, gently and effectively.
