The path to holistic medicine began with a Bachelor’s degree in Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (BNYS) from SDM College, followed by hands-on experience co-founding a naturopathy and yoga retreat center.​

To expand into clinical acupuncture, postgraduate training was completed at Jingwell Academy. This specialization led to unique international experience practicing as an onboard acupuncturist for luxury cruise lines, helping people from around the world manage pain, stress, and fatigue.​

To further integrate these traditional methods with modern healthcare standards, advanced clinical training continued in Arizona at the Phoenix Institute of Herbal Medicine & Acupuncture (PIHMA), earning both a Master of Science degree and a Doctor of Acupuncture degree.​
