I was born into a family deeply rooted in the traditions of natural medicine and yoga. From an early age, I was surrounded by the rhythms of natural healing through food, breath, and mindful living. Those experiences gently shaped my path and awakened a quiet, lifelong calling.

I spent five transformative years studying at SDM College in India, where I earned my Doctorate in Naturopathy and Yoga (BNYS). The program offered an in-depth education in drugless healing systems, including diet and nutrition, therapeutic yoga, hydrotherapy, and acupuncture. I graduated with honors, but more importantly, with a deep respect for the body’s ability to heal itself when given the right support.

 

Soon after, I co-founded a naturopathy and yoga center, where I spent over a decade helping people reverse chronic health conditions through natural therapies. Those years taught me that healing is not a one-size-fits-all approach; it’s personal, patient, and profoundly human.

To further specialize in acupuncture, I studied (Doctor of Medicine) in Acupuncture at the Jingwell Academy of Research and Education in Bangalore, India. This led to an enriching role as a clinical acupuncturist aboard luxury cruise ships, where I treated patients from around the world. The experience was both humbling and eye-opening, serving as a powerful reminder that healing is a shared human journey that transcends cultures and borders.

Later, I continued my training in the U.S. at the Phoenix Institute of Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture (PIHMA), earning both a Doctor of Acupuncture (DAc) and a Master of Science in Acupuncture (MSAc).

Today, I’m offering mobile acupuncture services based in the Phoenix and Scottsdale area, bringing healing right to your doorstep. I also serve as a licensed acupuncturist at Healing Edge AZ, an acupuncture clinic in Goodyear, Arizona. Whether I’m treating you at home or in the clinic, my goal remains the same: to help you feel better, naturally and gently.
